Various things were deficient. Hairdryer and make-up mirror brackets loose. Outlets broken in the bedroom. Room to the street a bit too loud.

Was first check in To an occupied room embarrassing. Then check at room 210 where at night you feel the noise and vibration of the train subway nearby

The location of the hotel is good, also for walking to town. The breakfast buffet is very well sorted and sufficiently available. The staff is very attentive and helpful.
Unfortunately, I had a room on the ground floor exactly at the height of the street and the window could not tilt, but only completely open.

It was surely a very good stay for 3 nights. Everything was very good, superfriendly staff.3. Decent location near to the Marques de Pombal metro station, Parque Eduardo VII and El Corte Ingles.4. The breakfast served was above average with all-time fresh bacon and lovely fresh-squeezed orange juice.

Very central and handy for the sights. Pedro (at reception) has very good English and was extremely helpful. The mini bar of non alcoholic drinks is included as is do-it-yourself tea/coffe and biscs late at night.
Bit of construction work at the back but probably finished by now. Not intrusive.

Near subway, center within 10 minutes walking distance
Hotel is located under a bridge, despite good window, traffic was a bit noisy. Breakfast buffet good but not exciting.
